WiFi is fine, works over 300mbps but ethernet (Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (3) I218-LM) despite of resetting windows 10, updating bios, updating each and every driver, removing all vpn tap drivers. Nothing helped, whenever I connect to any gigabit based port, I get only 100mbps, fixed 100 always. If there is any way to fix this. Thank you.

Have you tried it at another location?
Is yours a proper Cat5e or Cat6 cable?
Have you tried the latest Intel drivers?
Are you running Windows (which version) or Linux?
