I’m now running 1vyrain on my T530. The installation went well but not perfect - there were CRC and other errors when I restarted after installation.

I ran Ivyprep to downgrade from 2.77 to 2.60 and verified that I was at 2.60. I then installed Ivyrain. Setup shows 2.77 again and the “Advanced” menu is now present as expected.

The next step is to find the best wireless card to try out. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

That's most likely the Intel AC-7260 in PCIe half-size format.
Newer cards (like the AX200 or Qualcomm DW1830) are M.2 NGFF format, which doesn't fit in your machine (unless with an adapter).
Lovely day for a Guinness! (the Real Black Stuff). And pigs CAN fly!

Thank you. I had come to that conclusion last night after researching cards and now have one on order. Hopefully this will solve the connection problem discussed in my other thread.

Very cool! Got a link to where you're download these?

Would love to do same on my T530 but I'm not finding much for ivyrain or ivyprep.

Edit: aha, it's here:
