Hello, can I install an M.2 PCIE SSD into the unused WWAN slot on my T440p?

No, that won't work. RC100 is an NVMe SSD, which the T440p does not support. What you need is an M.2 2242 SATA SSD, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Transcend-512GB- ... 07MSQMGLT/
Planned Purchase: T480s i5-8350 FHD Touch
Impulse Buy: Thinkpad not named for safety reasons
