I’ve just got myself a think pad T440p but the bios is locked so I can’t get access to it to make changes. I’ve noticed that there are plenty of YouTube videos showing how to fix this with most of the other think pad models but not the T440p.
Any help would be much appreciated. I bought it to upgrade so I have some tinkering knowledge.

In your case you must use an SPI serial flasher.
With that, read out an EEPROM into a file, remove the password from that file, reflash that file.
(easier said than done).
That is as far as we can go here.
