I have this Thinkpad model. Do i need to replace my LAN card with another one,more new, to improve my internet browsing experience ?

They should run really well with a Lenovo-approved Intel AC-7260 wifi card (04X6007).
NOT a great day for a Guinness! (the Real Black Stuff).
Ireland is on FULL lockdown till December 2020!
