USB C Power delivery charge stop working on T470S

I have a powerbank compatible with USB c and power delivery that has no more than a year. With smartphones do the quick charge well, but recently I tried to charge my T470s using USB C with it and doesn't charge anymore (Used to work). When is connected PB and the T470s makes a led signal but rapidly turns off.
How can I diagnosis the hardware? I want to make sure is a hw issue and it's the ThinkPad.

Do you have a normal USB-C charger that connects to a wall outlet (a genuine Lenovo or other brand)? You could see if that still works.

No. I will buy a usbC to usbC cable for test with the PB.

By changing the usb cable now works. Any case is strange that usbC to Usb cable works with smartphone and with laptop (before), but no now.
