Cleaning my T440s

I am planning to change thermal paste and clean my thinkpad. Do i have to remove keyboard also, for clean the dust under, or its not necessary ?
is there any good video for the process ?

Changing the thermal paste of the laptop, i will use the articMX-4 . Do i need the 4,6 or 8 grams injection ?

You only need a rice grain size amount of paste on the applicable surfaces, the tube sizing depends only on how often you are doing this job that it could save you some cost to buy the larger, but less price per gram, capacities.

A little tube is more than enough for one job.
