These cycle counts seem really low for these batteries to exhibit such a weak full charge capacity. I don't know enough, but I'm curious if the charger messed with the lifespan of them somehow. If I can't fix the batteries, is there any recommendations people have for good replacement batteries?
My Thinkpad 25 batteries (also LGC) have deteriorated to about 60% of the original charge within ~2 years of use. It's not as bad as your batteries, but it does say something about their overall life expectancy not being great.
Edit: What do you know? Mere days after this discussion, one of my "61" batteries (external 3-cell) failed. Full charge capacity dropped to <1Wh (about 850Wh). I tried to reset the battery. After "charging" for over 3 hours it reached some ridiculous 1.3Wh capacity, at which point the Vantage tool said that reset failed due to an unknown error. Seems like the battery is trash.
