BOE NE140FHM-N61 (FHD IGZO 14") in a T440p?

Folks, should BOE NE140FHM-N61 (FHD IGZO 14") be an easy fit into a T440p?
Update: no good prices on ebay but there's something (1, 2, ...) on AliExpress:

warning it is a 30 pin LED screen connection not a 40 pin

AliExpress describes these panel as intended for a T460s, T480s or T480s, T490...

Since T440/s until T480/s, the mounting holes are same, so those FHD panels are compatible for them.

Double interesting.. Has there been a mounting hole switch in T490?

Hmm.. some sellers offer mounting brackets as part of package, others don't.. Would that mean that mounting brackets need to be purchased separately? Also they seem to attach to back of screen with sticky tape.. Is that really the only mounting option? Is it secure enough?

Hmm.. this item on ebay comes from a seller with only 170 sold items but 100% reputation. And he claims it fits T440. The name of the panel matches. The seller mentions IGZO and is supplying brackets. The right purchase?..
