If you can find someone to remove the wifi-whitelist from your BIOS, then yes.

Do you believe i will notice any difference on my browsing experience ? My work depends on browsing and i want max performance .
Does it worth it , doing such upgrade ?

Only if you also have a wifi-6 router for that AX200 card.
If you have an AC-router, get/stay with the AC-7260 card that came with the T440s.
Still NOT a great day for a Guinness! (the Real Black Stuff).
