T430 Thermal pad thickness for PCH

can somebody advise on the recommended thermal pad thickness for the t430 pch? is it 1.0 or 1.5mm?

I believe it is 1.5 mm thick. That is what I found on my T410, which features a chassis that is similar to the T430's chassis.

I no longer have a T410, but I do remember that I had no issues from using a 1.5 mm Fujipoly Sarcon XR-m thermal pad.
