T460 rebooting; BSOD, when "sleeping"

this been happening for some time, not always but quite often - when awakening from sleep I get BSOD or computer did not shut down normally, please restart or so on. I have to resolve to shutting down instead of going to sleep
My T430 never have any issues of any kind compared.
Samsung SSD, Kaspersky, Win7 Pro
please help or suggest - thanks.
