I know this isnt fun because youll have to disassemble the whole laptop for trying this and could very possibly not fix the issue, but Id recommend checking if the fan/thermal paste are in good condition, since it can be a security meassure that the laptop turns off when cpu temps or stability cant be achieved.

If you haven't already, try removing the main battery and see what happens with no battery installed.

Any beeps? On a healthy machine if you remove the RAM and try to switch on there should be beeps.

I remember people unplugging the AC and removing the battery and keeping power button pressed for 10+ seconds. But I don't remember if that is supposed to help.. What this does is it completely drains Thinkpad out of power. Doesn't hurt trying..

I tried without memmory but no beeps. When i push the power button the fan dont spin neither the screen or the thinklight open. I tried to discharge without battery and charger by pushing the power button for 30 secs but still nothing!

If it doesn't sound any beep error codes, then it's highly likely that the issue occurs even before the BIOS has started. Power issue, perhaps, or a short circuit somewhere that's causing the power circuitry to shut down.
Planned Purchase: T480s i5-8350 FHD Touch

If the thinklight doesn't even light up, and you removed the CMOS battery already to make sure it isn't a frozen BIOS, then it's very likely to be a short, or something that's horribly wrong.
Typically I would suggest using another CPU, but I don't believe the T430s has a removable CPU...
I would strip down the motherboard of absolutely everything except for the heatsink, charger and keyboard and try to see if it will stay on.
Also, check things like USB ports to see if there are corrosion inside that might cause this issue.

Actually CPU's have so low of resistance that it's perfectly normal for those capacitors to be nearly in short. Usually they will have like an ohm or two of resistance.
Check other things, such as whether USB ports can actually get any power at all (the always on one)

Well that's not normal. The hard drive attempted spinning right? Because the DVD drive did.
Maybe check the USB ports and see if any of them have the 5V rail shorted to ground.
If there's an USB daughter board in a T430s, detach that too.

USB ports 5V pins aren't short. There is no USB daughter board. I don't know for the hard drive because i use it in another macine. I asso not having power in battery pins.
