Installing a new Win10 to a new ssd used T570+cloning adapter ?

When installing a fresh Win10pro to a new m.2 nvme Samsung 500GB 980 SSD from ISO USB-drive in to a used T570.

• Do I need to clone the oem 256GB m.2 nvme drive first ? It has seller's Win10Pro installed but otherwise nothing else.
• Or just put in a new empty 500GB m.2 nvme and start installation ?
• Is the Win10Pro password stored in laptop's BIOS and automatically inserted when installing or do I have to manually search serial / authentication code and write the serial down ?
• Do I really need the +30euro m.2 nvme to usb-adapter if I do not want to clone the original drive ?
• I don't even know if below adapters can be used as a boot drive to which Windows 10 could be cloned ?
