Successful 1080p IPS screen upgrade in my T430 with unlisted LCD panel (INNOLUX N140HCE-EN1)

Just upgraded to a 1080 IPS panel.

Panel is an INNOLUX N140HCE-EN1

Adapter board: (BOX is labeled TP.MS.424)

Works perfectly, looks amazing, colours are spot on (no yellow tint etc). Cable slightly too short to mount under keyboard so I mounted behind the screen.

Cabling was difficult, but well worth the effort.
