T450 fan replacement questions

Hi!
I'd like to replace my broken and noisy cooling fan inside my T450. I found the following listing on ebay, but I'm not sure about the compatibility, since it's advertised for a T450s.

This fan appears to have a 4 pin, but mine has 5, altough the connector seems to be the same. Anyone have any experience with T450 fan replacement? Is this item compatible with my machine? Also, is it easy to remove the fan from the heatpipe and replace it?
