T570 + Dock no Image on the 2nd Display?!

Hi
I use an good old T570 with W7 since my Desktop died as an "Temporary" Replacement. For that purpose I did order a (used) Docking Station from Ebay to move the Laptop into my Server Rack who annoy nobody. Sadly I cant get the Laptop to produce an Image on the 2nd Display. It seem the Displayport to HDMI Adapter works but the DVI to HDMI works only when the Display port is not connect. Yes I restart the System.
Can someone help me to get it run?

Is the dock you got "Thinkpad Pro Dock 40A1"?
If so - it supports only one digital monitor. The DisplayPort and DVI are mutually exclusive. The other monitor must be connected via VGA.

To connect two digital displays with that generation you need the Thinkpad Ultra Dock 40A2. That was a deliberate limitation by Lenovo to sell the higher-end docks.

Yes its a Lenovo ThinkPad Ultra Dock Typ 40A1.

I am still a bit confused... I got the right dock (A2) since the seller shipped the wrong one. ( ) and now I connect a HDMI + Displayport (to HDMI) Cable and I get still one Display to work.
I dont know do I need connect HDMI + DVI or 2x Displayport to HDMI?
