T430 Wireless card

I understand the Intel Centrino Ultimate - N 6300 AGN can be a bit weird on W10. Need a suggestion for an updated card that will pay well with W10 or W11, preferably a plug and play, dont really want to fiddle with the Whitelists.

Well, I updated my 2200 to a 6300 and it didn't help. It's also slow to connect. But not bad enough to swap back out.
