T530 Screen Upgrade to FHD Panel - Which Panel?

Hi everyone. I have a Lenovo Thinkpad T530 Model 2429A80 with a AU Optronics B156XTN02.1 LCD screen at 1366x768 and am looking to upgrade to 1920x1080. I have been searching for screens and found this https://www.blisscomputers.net/lenovo- ... 30-683975/ and it's recommended by the vendor BUT when you go to the link their own site says the upgrade to the screen with this panel will fail!

They have another one similar without the warning https://www.blisscomputers.net/15-6-lc ... hd-692492/ but I don't know the difference.

Has anyone used this panel successfully?

I have also found some AUO B156HW01 V5 screens that may work as others have used V.4 or V.7 but I have never seen mention of V.5. What is the difference, and would it work as an upgrade?
