The HMM is now available for X230:

Interestingly, the HMM no longer contains Parts Lists with all FRUs. It says this:

For detailed FRU information, including part numbers, descriptions, and substitution part numbers, go to
http://www.lenovo.com/serviceparts-lookup.

Right now the linked page says this:

Lenovo Parts Database Lookup
Coming Soon
Users will be able to use this page to lookup replacement service part numbers (FRUs) for their Lenovo systems.

Might be a useful feature.
