WLAN, yes. WWAN, probably not.

If by "wireless" you mean a 3G/4G WWAN card, the answer is definitely no.

I have upgraded with mSATA as my booting drive.
But now I have another issue.
mSATA is kind of too small for my applications. I upgrade original HHD to 240GB SSD.
I followed the same procedure that I used to add mSATA as current booting device.

The mSATA is booting device that is identified as SATA2 in BIOS.
I replaced HHD by an SSD that is identified as SATA0 in BIOS.
SSD is set with higher boot priority than mSATA in BIOS.
Before upgrading to SSD, I made a system image backup on external USB drive.
When I boot my X230 with SYSTEM RECOVERY CD, it turned out that mSATA is DISK0 and SSD is DISK1 and I can not recover system image to the newly installed SSD.
Actually I have done the same procedure before. When I added mSATA, I followed the same procedure to recover system image to mSATA and it worked perfectly!
What should I do?

Take out the mSata.
Do a restore to the SSD
replace the mSata
