Possible to fool software into seeing Intel HD4000 as NVidia
I have some software that I know will run fine with the HD 4000, but it refuses to run on anything but Nvidia or ATI. It is not precision 3D software, it is a game development tool. Is there a way to run a modified filter or kernel hook on these machines into reporting the 3D device as an NVidia class device?
