Is my case warped?

When I look at the front or side of the lower front edge of my X230, it looks slightly curved, as if I were pushing down moderately on the front edge of the touchpad. When I put a straightedge left to right across whole base just over the center of the touchpad there is a gap/dip of about 1mm or so Is this how the mold is? It's reasonably symmetric, and I suppose slightly stylish, but I'd be reassured if other ones were like that. Thanks.
