Possible X230 FHD/1080p compatible Display?

I was doing some googling and ended up finding these FHD panels on a few sites and was wondering if they were legitimate (actually compatible replacements) or if anyone had heard anything about them. I've emailed both companies but have not heard a response.
If I still don't hear anything I will make a pricing request sometime next week.

I emailed lcds4less and haven't gotten a response and don't expect one.
After doing some digging, it seems many of these sites all represent a single company.

I think if it was legit, someone would have done it already.
However, it looks like it might be possible take the lcd panel from the Dell XPS 12 (12.5",
LP125WF1).
However there are some issues being that LVDS isn't going to be enough to drive the display, leokim (famous for x6x SXGA+ mod) explains:
leokim wrote:If I have a LP125WF1, I can install this lcd on thinkpad X220. But there is no method to get this lcd.
As you know or not, LP125WF1 interface is a 2lane edP (Embedded display port, edp pins are assig
ned to i3, i5, i7 CPU). The interface of thinkpad X220 is a LVDS. For installation, we need a edp.
When I take look at X220 schematic, there is a edp interface. But there is a one lane edp interface.
(As though there is a 2-lane edp interface, bios modification is required. If you don't modify bios,
there is no backlight turn on and no PWM signal (Brightness control). When edp interface is activated as LFP (local flat panel), there is a backlight control and pwm control signal.
In future, When I have a LP125WF1, I will post it.
