ThinkPad x230t A2DP Bluetooth

Hey all,
I was trying to mod my pair of Bose QC15 headphones to make them receive Bluetooth signals from my x230t. I bought a GoGroove BlueGate (http://www.amazon.com/GOgroove-BlueGate ... s=bluegate) which uses A2DP Bluetooth. I turned the thing on and tried to connect it with my computer, but the computer never recognized it. I then tried to connect it with my phone and it was easy to pair and then stream music. My computer's Bluetooth was working alright though, because I was able to pair my phone to my computer and even transfer a picture. My hypothesis is that my computer can't recognize the A2DP connection.
My computer's Bluetooth card is Broadcom manufactured and is running the Enhanced Data Rate software distributed by Lenovo on behalf of Broadcom. Is there any other way to get my PC to recognize the A2DP signal? Thanks!
