x230 laptop dual monitor display with laptop open (and viewa

I have an x230 laptop with a monitor conneted via vga port on ultrabase, another monitor connected via mini display port on laptop and I would like to extend the display across all three displays but currently I can only display on any two of the displays at one time. can someone please enlighten me as to what configuration I would need to get both monitors and built in LCD to all display at once?

I am running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit
