x240 appears to ignore power settings

x240 appears to ignore power settings

Have it set to hibernate when pressing power button. Does not work, does a hard power-down instead. Anybody got an idea how to fix this?

no I had that issue, end up returning the laptop. tried system restore 2-3 times and gave up.. sorry

What does Fn+F12 do?
