X230 Wireless switch issue

#1 Post by geekor » Mon Jul 07, 2014 2:16 pm

I may just be screwed here. Have a X230, was working fine this morning, now it tells me the wireless switch (hardware on the side) is turned off. It clearly isn't, I've turned it on and off again many times.

Redid all the Wireless drivers, removed Access Connections, made sure it was only intel. Still tell me it is turned off.

I'm out of warranty (by 1 month, of course) am I screwed here?

Thanks!

a bit obvious, but have you tried FN-F5 to turn wireless ON-OFF

not being rude but you might have missed this.

Good Luck
