X230 not booting up .. Going into Boot Manager???

Need some help guys, this am I turned my X230 on and all I get is the boot menu! Wont boot up from Hard Drive. So I popped the HD out put it in another X230 and booted up fine. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks !!

Does it "see" the hard drive, just won't let you boot from it?
If so, compare the BIOS settings in the boot section between the two laptops. May be something is different regarding boot order, UEFI vs legacy, etc.

Doing a new install of Win 8 now see what happens! Ill report back .. thank you for your reply!

Formatted HD re installed windows 8 all seems OK now.. That sucked! Lost everything.. Had to set it all up from new.. Odd it must of been a bios setting but I wonder how it changed ... Swapped the drive to another x230 and it was fine, put the drive back in this 230 and only went to the boot menu and wouldnt boot to windows.. ODD
