Need help on swap of LCD from 1366x768 to IPS 1080 Full HD (non touch)

I am planning to upgrade my X240's LCD screen from 1366x768 to IPS 1080 Full HD (non touch)
I've few questions.
1. Can i really upgrade to IPS 1080 full HD panel (non touch) ?
2. Please refer links or place from where i Can buy it.
3. Please refer DIY Guides available.

Screen: 1366x768 anti-glare panel.
