X230 cellular connection error in Windows10

Hello!

I tried to connect a cellular network with my X230 built-in 3G card, but I didn't work well.
The connection is on, but no internet access.
Sometimes I have to wait 10 minutes to access the internet, sometimes I have to reset to work, sometimes I can't do anything to work.

Any suggestion?
