Brightness Key f5 and f6 Help on Windows 10 on Thinkpad x240

Hi Everyone..

I tried installing Windows 10 Pro on a Thinkpad x240.
I applied all Windows updates and drives for the Lenovo Website.
Everything is working except for the Brightness Key...

I install Linux Mint 17.2 and everything works fine - by this everything including the brightness key.

Does anyone in this forum know how I can fix the Brightness keys in Windows 10 for the Thinkpad x240??
