hi, I am planning to upgrade an HD screen to a FHD on an x240. There are several FRU available on ebay. As I am quite new to x240 I was wondering which lcd is better? I heard about ghosting issues on some models. Could someone advise me the right model ?

I was also wondering if there is some guide on how to open the bazel safely, there are no visible screws so I am afraid to damage it without knowing where to start.
