I have to keep resetting network adapter all day

Like the title says, my wifi connection on my x230 craps out about twice an hour and I have to reset it, which is annoying. I fix it by running these commands in CMD and restarting the computer:
ipconfig/flushdns
nbtstat -r
nbtstat -rr
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh winsock reset
Any ideas on a permanent fix? I have already updated the driver and the wifi is stable on other devices.

What wifi-card?
What OS?
What BIOS?

Updated the bios and it seems to be holding steady. I was on the one from 2012! Thanks for the suggestion, I was hoping it would fix my display adapter problem too but this is helpful!

To help if someone across this problem, I recently had a WiFi card turning off after sleep/hibernation in Windows 10.
I had to turn disable "Allow this computer to turn off to save power" in Power Management under Device Manager for my wifi card.
Getting to the device manager is easy, just right click start button and its there.
At least, it was easy for me, skipped a few things in understanding how to use a computer.
