Hello, I have a ThinkPad x240 with a screen with a resolution of 1366x768. I would like to replace the matrix at 1920x1080. I know that there are models of this laptop with such a resolution, but I'm not sure if it works correctly. Thank you in advance for your answer :)

There were indeed X240's with FHD ex-factory, according to Lenovo's FRU list you need #00HM111 (source: click here!)

Do NOT buy any 00HM111, they have awful ghosting problems.
Instead look for the 00HM745 as used in X250 and X260, buy from a reliable seller (not in China) and have them confirm it's a genuine screen!
