the official service shop wants some 20 usd for it...looks outrageous. can you suggest a tweak?
The other part is a cover of the HDD "shuttle"...thanks a lot. It has one screw to attach it to the main body of the laptop, to safely close the hole where the HDD is located.
I dont know how it is called...

i would think the HDD shuttle is called a cover? They should all have FRUs that are easily accessible via eBay.

Feed these to google, ebay, and amazon, and you should be able to find some.
The ones from the X220 are compatible (same part numbers according to the HMM).
