Battery problem

hi everybody,
sorry for my french english

i bought last week a X240 in use
i add an internal battery, and All was good....even
since this morning
my external battery is near 5% of charge(Battery 2) and not charges
internal battery is charged near 75% (battery1)

two problem

1/when i cut AC alimentation...X240 shut down even batterie 2 is charged
2/ x240 don t shift on internal battery!!!
please do you have any ideas to solve my problems!!!

Welcome to the Forum.
Switch the laptop off, close it and turn it over.
On the bottom, left of the battery-bay, is a tiny hole for the Reset button.
Gently use a paperclip or similar to reset your laptop (needs very little pressure to push that button).
It should now start again.
Check in Power manager if one of those batteries might be bad.
