X270 Special Function Keys not working

Severall of our ThinkPad X270 notebooks have an issue with the special function keys.
Fn7 till Fn12 are not working anymore.

Reinstalled Lenovo power management, hotkey utility, chipset driver, BIOS firmware with the latest versions, changed the BIOS settings nothing seems to working.

Any suggestion ?

Try the below steps:
1.Try to activate and deactivate function key using Esc + Fn key
2.If Microsoft Edge is there in your notebook then, disable it and try as it overriding the function keys with its own shortcut.
