when i have the touchpad and trackpoint active all click of them doesent not work, only the USB clicks Mouse work.
When touchpad is disable, only the Mouse clicks work.
When the trackpoint is disable the click of ,touchpad and the USB Mouse work.
The Mouse pointer work perfectely on all(trackpoint , touchpad, USB Mouse) matter the situation.

What to try:
Disconnect the touchpad cable from the system board (the the battery and charger are disconnected). Consult the X230 Hardware Maintenance Manual for instructions. Turn on the laptop, and test the Trackpoint. If it works, then the touchpad is (probably) the cause. If not, then the Trackpoint itself is the cause of the issue.

is a short-circuit?
