X230 USB 3.0 doesn't work on Ubuntu 16.04, any suggestion?

Okay, when i comand lsub in my terminal only shows the 2.0 USB ports, so i started to search information to solve it, but it doesn't work everything i tried.

i write sudo -H gedit /etc/default/grub
on my terminal and change this parameters
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi=force irqpoll"

but still the issue, moreover i tried another thing and i change
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash usbcore.autosuspend=-1"

and another tried with
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=""
to
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="iommu=soft"

i dont know what to do, any help?
