X260 questions.. serious about buying now

#1 Post by Whitieiii » Mon Oct 07, 2019 1:47 pm

I'm serious about getting an x260 but I'd like to find one with the specs I'd like... anyone who knows about the machines I'd like to know how I can tell what display I'm going to get? I'm shooting for the 1920x1080 model but I'm still on the fence about if I should go with the i3-6100u or i5-6200u/6300u? I'm going for maximum battery life with the 3+6 72wh... I'm thinking having no turbo boost would make me use less battery when doing more demanding tasks (not that I'd be doing them anyway) I'm really just looking for something portable i can use for video and movie watching with some light web browsing.. i gave my T440s to mum so I don't have that for battery life and portability but i know I'll have to build one outta parts to get something i really want but want some opinions... Thoughts? Got some money set aside for buying one
