3x2 lcd on x230 doable?

Hi,
saw the pics of a custom x2100 machine based on the 51nb board with a 13" 3x2 screen. Looks gorgeous.

Now thinking if I could install the same screen on an x230 using the fhd kit. but Not sure if the driver board will support higher resolution (3000x2000) .

Any thought on this?

I am now wishing I had the know-how to design and build a modernized Planar for the x230, just for that screen, but keeping the ability to use the existing ports, slots and peripherals, especially the 19+ slice.

the vertical space available on an x230 lid is about 194mm, horizontal about 296mm

3. what about displayport pin usage (done for FHD mods on x230) is it possible to use this for 3000x2000 output?
