Modding X230 with keyboard ec mod and 1vyrain - sequence of flashing

so i was reading up on the bios version requirement for keyboard ec mod and 1vyrain EC mod - 2.75 and below but EC must be 1.14? 1vyrain - 2.60 and below( however that means the EC is only 1.13) my current Bios version is 2.52 which makes the EC 1.10 so does this mean that i shld do this in the following sequence:

1.flash to 2.75 and then do the keyboard EC mod

2.use ivyprep to downgrade the bios to 2.60, which will leave the EC untouched.

3.1vyrain

any need to reflash the EC mod since 1vyrain is stated not to touch the EC region during the modding?
