X250 - RHS USB port dead.

Hi,
I have a LENOVO product: 20CLS8FC08 v: ThinkPad X250

The RHS USB port is dead,

there is no visible damage

I understand from other posts that this port is hard-wired onto the motherboard (?) so is not easily repaired.

Is there anything in the bios/config which may have caused the port to shutdown?
