Faint Glow and bleeding light at the centre of W530 screen

Has anyone seen this before and is it normal? This seems to be very obvious when you set it to a black background and view from the side (about 45 degrees). When viewing the screen directly, it is not visible.
During restarting the laptop before the Win logo, everything is black and it is very obvious. Is there a problem with the uniformity of the backlit panel?
Am I having faulty screen?
If I bring it to the service centre, will they replace it? I got my laptop just last week.
