My W530 does not recognize a new SDXC 64GB sandisk micro sd card. It does recognize a 16GB SDHC card. I did install Ricoh Media Card Reader Driver ver 2.25.18.01 but I do not see it in my device manager. Running Win8.1

Incidentally, my T500 Win7 machine and BlackBerry Z10 does not recognize it either. Dead card maybe?

Yes, if other computers don't recognize the card, it is most likely defective.

Yes it was a bad card. Thanks for the reply. I would have answered sooner but I was having trouble accessing the website.
