Software for the Smart Card Reader?

I had no plans to get a smart card reader, but that's how this machine was configured. Except now they're becoming common and I'd like to be able to read my cards and see just what is on them

Does anyone know of any freeware that will work with the W530 to at least read what is on a smart card?

And whether there are driver issues, using the Win7/64 bit driver from Lenovo?
