Motherboard swap + total failure of all peripherals

My W530's motherboard slowly died over the course of a few months, first displayport video output, then audio. I purchased a replacement motherboard from a forum member here (super quick delivery, and professional interaction all around, thanks!) with an updated graphics chipset (k2000m vs k1000m that I had originally).
However, after the swap, basically nothing functions. See attached screenshot of one such control panel output.
I've attempted to load drivers for the peripherals that are not working, but none of the drivers will load successfully. Thoughts? Are there any tricks that need to be played after a MB swap?
EDIT: I also frequently see this in each Device Manager properties page:
"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"
