W530 Bluetooth does not connect

The bluetooth in my W530 is not finding new devices or connecting to previously setup devices. Discovery is on. I have updated and rolled back the driver. In device manager I see no flags on the network adapters or USB. I have disabled and re-enabled anything that might effect it. Pwr management is set to not turn BT off.

When I turn BT and try to pair a device it just keeps searching for it blindly. My over devices don't see the W530. Seems like it is not transmitting.

It has worked before but I have no idea when it stopped. I haven't used a BT device on it in several months. It might have been before I upgraded to win10.

I used to have an E530 that did the same thing. I never did figure out why it wouldn't find or connect to anything.

I don't have it anymore.

Interesting on the E350. I half think it's a hardware problem. Thought to rip the one from my T500 but Lenovo parts look up does not say they are compatible.
