Thinkpad W541, Window 10, 32 ram 1600MHz memory, 512 GB SSD, 3k screen, Intel Core i7-4810MQ 2.80GHz, NVIDIA Quadro K1100M
Was this a good price? Seems to be the average price on Ebay.
4k videos, adobe premiere, pano stitching, needed a reasonable solution, seems to be performing well so far. Without too much research, right off the bat I didn't think I could find a laptop for under $1k with 32 GB of RAM memory and 3k resolution. Plus I am a IBM thinkpad believer, tested proven over 4 decades.
I have owned 4 thinkpads over the last 4 decades, each lasting a decade each . A few garbage dell, compaq, sony, and asus in between.

Ok missed counted by 1 decade , 1992 was when I first bought a IBM desktop , I was in high school. So 26 years to be more accurate. AOL, 56k modems, Mirc, and the easiest online dating hookups.

Do you like it?
Does it do everything you want to do?
Is it going to be reliable?
Then the answer is "Yes". It's worth whatever you're willing to pay for it.
